What A Google Ads Specialist Job Entails
We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing successful Google Ads campaigns for a variety of clients, particularly within the healthcare industry. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing high-performing paid search campaigns to drive growth for our clients’ practices.
- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns for dental and medical practices, ensuring alignment with the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and bid management to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance based on client KPIs, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and ad creatives as necessary.
- Develop and execute A/B testing plans to identify optimal ad copy, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion strategies.
- Provide regular campaign performance reports and insights to clients, making data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvement.
Required Experience for Google Ads Specialist Job
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
Required Skills
- Keyword research and analysis: Identifies relevant keywords and understands search intent for targeting.

Ad copywriting: Crafts engaging headlines, descriptions, and calls-to-action to increase click-through rates.

Starting Monthly Salary: 30,000 ZAR + Monthly performance bonus!
