Client Support & Communication:
• Communicate with clients via email and calls in a professional and supportive manner.
• Gather and organise content from clients (images, videos, creative assets).
• Follow up with clients on billing, overdue accounts, or missing information.
Call Reviews:
• Conduct detailed reviews of client call logs to provide insights and feedback to our digital marketing consultants.
• Identify trends, missed opportunities, and improvements to help clinics increase bookings.
Administrative Support:
• Handle day-to-day admin tasks for the Client Success Team.
• Maintain accurate records, organise files, and ensure smooth workflow between departments.
Research Tasks:
• Conduct online research (competitors, industry trends, local opportunities, sponsorships, etc.) to support campaigns.
Website Quality Assurance:
• Review websites and landing pages against client requests and log any errors or required changes for the website development team.
• Ensure QA standards are met, including accuracy, functionality, and user experience.
