This is a hybrid admin and coordination role where precision, urgency, and clear communication are key. You’ll work closely with our Client Success Managers and internal delivery teams to ensure client requests, especially website and tech-related ones are actioned quickly and accurately.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise between internal teams, clients, and third parties (e.g. previous marketing agency, IT support) for:
DNS record access, hosting, domain or website logins
Site issues (site down, CRM, call tracking or email problems)
• Conduct website quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure edits are implemented correctly and functionality is working as expected (e.g. checking links, forms, mobile responsiveness)
• Submit website edit tasks and client requests into the project management system clearly and accurately
• Help collect and neatly organise client content and brand assets (e.g. before/after photos, videos, logos) in shared folders
• Ensure every client issue or request is followed through from start to resolution without delays
• Communicate with clients via email or phone to follow up on tasks when their Client Success Manager is in meetings
• Support with admin tasks (call review, content requests, report coordination)
